Frequently
Asked
Questions
-
Absolutely. We work on projects both big and small. Some clients we work with for years, doing a few rooms at a time. Whatever the project, we always love to hear about them.
-
Designers and clients go hand in hand. At the start of each project, we take the time to learn
about how you live and what you need from every space. Designing someone’s home — a
place that should become their favourite place to be — means understanding exactly how you
want each room to look, feel, and function.
Once the concept design has been established, we aim to take the stress away from the process so you can focus on the exciting parts, without having to manage contractors, drawings, or ordering.
-
Choosing the right interior designer is such an important part of the process. You’ll spend a lot of time working closely together, so it’s essential that you feel comfortable, connected, and able to trust both the process and the team transforming your home.
Take a look at our Instagram to get a feel for our style, approach, and the kinds of spaces we create. Ultimately, choosing a designer is about finding someone whose aesthetic and values feel most aligned with your own.
-
An experienced designer brings a wealth of knowledge and trusted industry contacts built up over years of experience, helping to save you both time and money throughout your project.
We also hold trade accounts with many suppliers, allowing us to source the best prices on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), while ensuring every detail is carefully considered and professionally managed.
-
Absolutely. We love incorporating pieces that hold meaning for our clients, and we always encourage reviewing existing furniture before getting rid of anything — often, items can be reupholstered, restored, or reimagined in a new way within the design.
You should walk into someone’s home and instantly get a sense of who lives there. Whether it’s an inherited piece of furniture, a treasured object, or something with sentimental value, we will always look for thoughtful ways to incorporate it into the design.
-
Every project is unique, so our fees are tailored to each client’s brief and requirements.
However, a standard package typically includes concept design to establish the overall look and feel of each space, including sample and mood boards.
From there, we move into the detailed design phase, which includes room layouts and any technical drawings required for bespoke joinery and custom elements. This is followed by a full specification schedule, allowing the overall budget to be confirmed before work begins.
Once the specification is approved, we coordinate the project to ensure that everyone involved understands their role and delivers in line with the design intent. We then procure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), while managing supplier communication and deliveries throughout the process.
Finally, we oversee the installation and finishing details before handing the completed project back to our clients, ready to enjoy.
-
We offer 1-2 free revisions per room/phase to ensure the design is perfect before finalising.
Ellie worked on a large project with us, and she was completely amazing. She is sunshine personified, which meant that every meeting was a total joy and what felt like insurmountable decisions became easy. She has a brilliant eye, and she encouraged us to be brave with our colour decisions, which we’re so happy with. She suggested the perfect fabrics, and helped us source furniture that is both lovely and suitable for busy family life - she really understands how to make a house beautiful but also liveable, which was completely the brief!
